Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance helper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's equipment on the production floor, warehouse, and office areas. We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical maintenance to troubleshoot and maintain various systems, including hydraulic and vacuum systems, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including hydraulic and vacuum systems.
  • Perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
  • Assist with equipment installations and fabrication tasks.
  • Operate forklifts and manlifts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience; electrical maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
  • Forklift Certification (can be obtained on-site).

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and repetitive movements.
  • Ability to work with hands and operate machinery.

Work Environment:

  • This role is based in a warehouse/shop/manufacturing environment.

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.
