Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, meal planning, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation, including meal planning and menu planning
- Work alongside chefs and kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards
- Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure compliance with dietary restrictions
- Assist with food storage and inventory management
- Perform tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment

Qualifications:

- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Familiarity with food preparation, meal planning, and kitchen operations
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of dietary restrictions and meal planning
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu items
- A passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Certification as a dietary aide is a plus
