Job Title: Purchasing Agent
Pay: $24/hr.
Location: Centennial, CO
Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Benefits: Once hired on permanently with this client, you will be offered medical, dental, vision, and 48 hours of sick pay. PTO is not offered until after the completion of your 1st year

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is seeking a Purchasing Agent for a surgical equipment company in Centennial, CO The ideal professional will have 2+ years experience purchasing and working with overseas vendors to order supplies and materials.

Job Highlights:

• Working with Finance Manager and Owner to purchase equipment from overseas vendors
• Communicate thoroughly with vendors to ensure accurate orders are placed
• Manage timelines from purchasing to delivery and communicating internally and externally throughout the process
• Receiving product in inventory system and ensuring that payment timelines are accurately entered
• Managing back-orders, delays and other challenges
• Accurate and timely data entry

What we look for:

• 2+ years' in a purchasing, accounts payable and/or receiving/inventory management position
• Inventory tracking software experience (QuickBooks, Accumatica or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Consistent, reliable and trustworthy
