Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React and React Native development.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior React & React Native Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive knowledge of React.js and React Native frameworks, including state management libraries (Redux/MobX).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks/libraries (Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
- Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and achievements.
