Compensation: Commission-based (100% on sales)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our small business with over 40 years of success in the industry. The role involves selling our high-value platinum and transitions programs, which are essential in helping our clients achieve a balanced life/work relationship. As an independent contractor, your earnings will be entirely based on your sales performance, with a 15% commission on our $69,500 platinum program. The role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with the team, and a deep understanding of our program offerings.
Client Interaction: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through phone calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings. Responsible for vetting potential clients to ensure a good fit.
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, addressing client concerns and questions to facilitate successful sales.
Training and Development: Participate in sales training and continuously refine sales techniques to enhance performance.
Record Keeping: Update client records following each interaction to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
Networking and Travel: Engage in potential client calling and conversations, attend on-line sales meetings, and occasionally travel to seminars to build relationships and gather internal referrals.
Communication Skills: Exemplary communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and potential clients.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and client management.
Program Knowledge: Deep knowledge of our Platinum and Transitions programs.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the sales team and lead manager to achieve sales targets.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and client interactions.
Commission Rate: 15% of sales, with potential for commission splits in team efforts based on contribution and outcome.
Earnings Potential: Direct correlation between effort and earnings, with high-income potential through diligent client engagement and sales success. Current team members earn on average between $100k-$200K
