FT Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job near Bolingbrook, IL

I am seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Bolingbrook, IL. As a BCBA you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective behavior intervention programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and skill deficits.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other staff members.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
