Position Summary

The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in identifying market opportunities, fostering relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote the organization's services effectively. This role involves gathering and analyzing market data, maintaining internal and external relationships, creating communication materials, managing social media channels, and participating in promotional activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of various communication materials (both print and digital) such as toolkits, brochures, billboards, presentations, newsletters, videos, and flyers, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor and track MOS social media channels to ensure the delivery of quality and accurate content.
  • Develop and establish marketing plans with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Oversee internal marketing efforts, including company newsletters, organizational updates, and collaboration with leaders to deliver key messages.
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets, patient demographics, and demand for MOS products and services.
  • Play a significant role in planning and executing company events, sponsorship activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Foster and maintain relationships internally with MOS providers, leadership, and team members, as well as externally with referring providers and relevant organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external resources, vendors, and third-party groups to enhance partnering and outsourcing options.
  • Conduct market research, forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and support in the success of products and services.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments, identifying needs for new products and services and making recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of marketing development initiatives.
  • Develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborate on and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Participate in negotiating contracts for services required to execute marketing strategies.
  • Establish an annual marketing budget with clear actionable items and strategies to achieve results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of social media management and marketing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in marketing, outreach, or related roles. Preference for candidates with previous healthcare experience marketing physicians.
  • Proficiency in creating various communication materials, including print and digital formats.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze findings, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and working with external vendors is desirable.
  • Flexibility and willingness to participate in company events and activities as needed.
