Apartment Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking an Apartment Groundskeeper to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Powerwashing sidewalks and trash area
• Picking up trash around the apartment
• Daily Property daily, inspeacting all areas for cleanliness
• Landscaping

​Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent Customer Service
• Basic Computer Skills (Email, internet, Etc)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
