JOB TITLE: OutSystems Software Developer

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Global Delivery and Customer Engagement

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Salary (Exempt)

POSITION SUMMARY: As an OutSystems Developer you will be a part of a fast-paced global delivery team responsible for delivering web and mobile applications in the OutSystems low-code platform. This includes participation in all aspects of delivery, including design, development, and maintenance.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• C# or similar language, OutSystems experience is a plus
• Web Development including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Web Services (REST and SOAP)
• Web Security and Best Practices
• Agile methodologies
• Ability to interpret requirements and identify gaps
• Data Modeling
• SQL (any dialect, though T-SQL or PL/SQL is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• 1-2 years of web application development
• DevOps or CI/CD experience is a plus
• Experience working with remote team members is a plus

Experience:

• Java, C#, C++, or other: 1-2 years (Required)
• HTML: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
