Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Massage Therapist License.
  • Experience in various massage modalities.

  • Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, responsibility, and excellent time management skills.

Compensation Plan:

  • Tiered straight commission-based compensation ranging from 40% to 55%, dependent on the total payment received from clients. For example, if a client pays $110/hour, the therapist will earn between $44 and $60.50 per hour, depending on their tier level.
  • Tips: Therapists keep 100% of their tips, with potential for high earnings.
  • Bonuses & Incentives: Competitive performance-based bonuses.
