Join our team at PROCO Pest Control as a Cold Caller for our Pest Control Sales Team We are looking for a motivated individual to generate leads and schedule appointments for our pest control services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for our pest control technicians
  • Utilize scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our pest control services
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
