Job DescriptionJob Description

Operates and maintains milling machine

Review drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to insure accurate production

Manual CNC Machine and Lathes on site as well

Make parts/modify parts for production based on formal RC drawings

Work with production to modify parts on the floor as needed

Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping

Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task

Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues

Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects

Keep records of approved and defective units or final products

Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages
