Lexlawn uses exclusive machinery (manufactured by PPI) to create the yarn for Go Green. End products include high performance polypropylene, polyethylene, an nylon turf yarns.

Go Green manufactures high performance turf for landscape, golf and other specialties.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans, manage a team of marketing professionals, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of various marketing channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer insights.

2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3. Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

4. Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's brand strategy.

5. Digital Marketing: Direct digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to increase online visibility, website traffic, and conversion rates.

6. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Other Responsibilities:

·          Oversee design of all marketing material (signage, brochures, logos, etc.)

·          Website management

·          Conduct and attend meetings for marketing and sales team

·          Manage social media outlets

·          Create invites and manage upcoming events

·          Work with current vendors as well as well as build relationships with new vendors

·          Maintain all marketing and sales material

·          Obtain detailed descriptions of product to list as well as suggesting pricing

·          Research Analytics

·          Facilitate any other marketing and sales functions as directed by management

·          Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise

·          Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints

·          Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience (5 or more years) in a mid-level to senior marketing role with a focus on strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Creative thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for innovation and driving growth.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

- Experience in the floor covering, turf, or textile industry.
