We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team You will assist in the daily care of  disabled individuals. Direct Support Professional serves as a universal worker performing different tasks to promote Consumers well being and satisfaction through support in daily living activities. Direct Support Professionals are primarily involved in creating a caring and supportive environment for all residents and promote individual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities 
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
  • Reading, writing, and carrying out directions 
  • Transporting clients to appointments 
  • Administering Medications 
  • Charting and taking notes for other to review
  • Responding to emergency situations 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our Company's New Hire Pre-Employment process is as follows:

  • Fingerprint Clearance
  • Physical, TB Test, and Drug Test
  • New Hire Training
  • 40 Hours of Training at the Facility in which they become employed at

Every potential New Hire begins as a on-call staff member for at least the first three months of employment. An on-call employee does not have assigned shifts and are called on an as needed bases, and are called to cover various shifts depending on the potential new hire's availability.

The shifts for are facilities are as follows:

  • Monday through Friday 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 10pm to 6am.
  • Saturdays and Sundays 6am to 2pm, 8am to 4pm, 2pm to 10pm, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and 10pm to 6am.
