Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Lead with BCEA (Lease Management)

Location: Washington, DC- Remote

This role requires at least 50% travel to DC.

Duration: 1-2 Years

 

15 years of experience

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud modules, with a specialized focus on Lease Management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement lease management processes within Oracle Cloud. Configure and customize Oracle Cloud modules to support lease management functionalities, including lease creation, management, accounting, and reporting.

Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for implementing lease management processes in Oracle Cloud. Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate end users and project team members on lease management functionality. Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides specific to lease management.

Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to lease management implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones. Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and reporting requirements specific to lease management. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support activities related to lease management functionality. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for lease management processes within Oracle Cloud. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases, new features, and industry trends related to lease management.

 

Strong experience in implementing and configuring Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules with a focus on Lease Management..

Must Have Exp - Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

In-depth understanding of lease accounting principles, lease administration processes, and regulatory requirements.

Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, preferably with Lease Management.

Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.

Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.

Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts

Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Oracle ERP Cloud certification is preferred.

Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Procurement, Projects) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

 

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
