Job DescriptionJob Description

Taichi Bubble Tea strives for customers to have a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. All employees must be willing to fully memorize our menu, distribute orders, and answer customers' questions. During slower hours, staff are expected to clean and keep their station well stocked. Closing tasks are split between each station. As such, all employees must be able to lift between 10 and 20 pounds without difficulty.

Starting pay is variable. If an employee is out of school and can work 30+ hours a week, pay will be above $14.50.

Job Type: Cashier, Food prepration, Drink preparation, Shift Manager

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

There will be an eventual opening for Assistent Manager, which is a promoted position. This will come with additional training and an increase in salary.

 

Qualifications/ Attributes:

· The ability to show up when you are scheduled

· A positive outlook/willingness to help others durring a rush

· An appreciation for their coworkers

· Good memory recall

· Excellent communication skills

· Basic math skills to make change

· Attention to detail, regardless of the amount of orders

· The ability to multitask

· The determination to show up on time

If an employee does not show up when scheduled, they are immediately taken off the schedule until they can meet with the manager. Exceptions are made for emergencies.

Scheduling is weekly and variable, but employees are generally expected to work three five-hour shifts a week.
