Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
Provides purchasing support for all departments and locations.
Updating all records of purchased products.
Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all requests.
Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
supervise and coordinate the buying of finished products, materials and services in a professionally coordinated way
Keeps an adequate inventory supply of company items, equipment and supplies.
Monitoring purchasing expenses and keeping track of accounts as well as
Monitor inventory to know when to top up supplies or buy specific goods and services.
Generates and distributes monthly reports regarding sales, gross sales, etc.
Orders supplies for main office and all locations.
Generate service calls and order supplies for main office.
