We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Boba Tea Baristas / Cashier / kitchen staff.

At Wushiland Boba, you will be responsible for crafting delicious boba beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Bobarista / Cashier Position:

• Greet customers with great customer service as they enter. Answer customer’s questions regarding our products and item details.
• Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them. Provides customers with product details, such as tea blend, our toppings and preparation descriptions as requested.
• Taking orders by using the POS system + assist on kiosk ordering and app ordering. Receive and able to process payments accordingly.
• Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages by following recipes efficiently.
• Coordinate and communicate with kitchen team to ensure supplies do not run out. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
• Keep the storefront and bar area clean and tidy. Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.

Kitchen Position:

• Prepare teas and toppings by following recipes precisely.
• Coordinate and communicate with storefront team to ensure supplies do not run out.
• Keep the cooking equipment clean. (teapots and stencils)
• Keep the kitchen working area clean and dry.
• May need to lift/move heavy items/boxes.
• Sort and restock back kitchen supplies.
