We are seeking a Cook to be responsible for preparing meals for enough people as well as ensuring the management of the galley.

Cook Responsibilities

  • Prepare 3 meals a day within budget
  • Ensure the efficiency of operation of all kitchen equipment
  • Maintain a clean workstation and sanitary food handling
  • Properly dispose of waste
  • Take inventory
