Job DescriptionJob Description

- Responsible for the service experience provided by service providers in the cities under their jurisdiction, improve the operation quality (cost and timeliness) of service providers and transportation networks

- Provide regular on-site job coaching, support and supervision of all DSP staff.  Ensure DSP staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to individuals and are following agency policy.  Be available to DSP staff by telephone as needed for technical assistance while they are on shift.

 

Qualifications:

- Be familiar with the operation models of logistics service providers (DSPs) and local distribution companies in the United States;

- Be good at communication, coordination and organization, have the ability to independently promote projects, and be able to organize marketing personnel to promote business;
