We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our the Engel & Völkers Little Rock collaborative real estate brokerage. In this role, you will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling residential properties. As an independent agent, you will be a key part of our collaborative shop team, representing our company brand to serve real estate clients. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, a commitment to learning new tasks quickly and growing in a learning-based environment is essential. With significant contributing professional experience and a proven track record of success, we are willing to consider the right candidate without past real estate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations
  • Manage client relationships through clear and consistent communication, information sharing, and offer an unbiased opinion
  • Represent a wide range of clients in their home buying and selling process, including first time buyers, investors, builders, and sellers
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Generate, respond to, and nurture prospective client leads for listings and buyers
  • Research and analyze market conditions and trends
  • Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, title companies, and other real estate agents
  • Research property information - owners, deeds, tax records
  • Prepare necessary documents such as approved real estate forms and contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements
  • Compile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location, square footage and features
  • Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services, marketing and advertising
  • Establish a network of mortgage lenders, inspectors, contractors, and attorneys to whom you can refer clients
  • Maintain functional knowledge of home systems and maintenance to assist clients in reviewing home inspection reports and determining repair requests.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and performance at all times

Skills:

  • Computer proficiency - Microsoft and Google platform program knowledge is necessary
  • Detail oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines is critical
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Learn and adjust to new tasks quickly
  • Must be highly motivated and driven to succeed
