Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our team at our seasonal riverwalk front restaurant in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate timing and execution of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and hygiene
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated Prep Cooks to join our culinary team at our seasonal riverwalk front restaurant in Chicago. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting with food production to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Assist with the production of menu items, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock as needed
- Support the Line Cooks and Sous Chefs with various kitchen tasks as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and hygiene
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook or Kitchen Assistant preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus
