SHIFT: Weekend nights 3 x 12s FR-SU / 6:00pm - 6:00am - 36hrs worked but paid for 40 hours, plus a $2 shift diff
General Job Functions:
-Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and tear down of work areas, equipment, and materials
-Organizes such materials and equipment, data, and workflow to ensure job requirements are achieved.
-Properly operate, maintain, and store mechanical tools and equipment required to perform the job.
-Report job status to the supervisor, including any malfunctions, non-conformances, damaged equipment, or other obstacles to production.
-Load machines with appropriate material
-Inspect product using appropriate measuring equipment
-Record measurement results on inspection records
-Replace used tools as necessary
Required Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CNC Machinist role in manufacturing.
- Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment
- High School Diploma/GED or trade/technical certification
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Possess and demonstrate a thorough understanding and a working knowledge of all phases of the job.
