Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
  • Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing and able to be on-call for afterhours and weekends when needed
  • It is preferred that the ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive to the property
  • HVAC certification
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
