Position Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Architect. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in handling healthcare projects, from schematic/conceptual designs to construction documents. This individual must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to healthcare facilities. A Master's degree in Architecture is preferred, and a proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction is essential.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design and development of healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to translate design concepts into detailed construction documents.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and evaluations to gather relevant information and ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare design and construction.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Authorized to work without any future sponsorship.
