We are currently seeking a recent college graduate with 1-2 years of internships experience in construction management or architectural design. We need a graduate that is looking to start their career in construction management and has an eagerness to learn. This position will come with training under the direction of an experienced Architectural Designer.

Good to Intermediate Excel Skills.
Knowledge of PowerPoint to update reports monthly.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Assist Cost Controls Specialist in processing GC pay applications.
  • Document Control of Accounting Filing System.
  • Understanding of processes and procedures.
  • Organize documents.
  • Maintain the Accounts Payable filing system.
  • Using spreadsheets and cost control software to track the design phase of projects to ensure they are on schedule.
  • Use Excel to handle invoices, billing, and contract pay applications.
  • Use PowerPoint to update monthly reports in a template already designed.
  • Have good technology skills and be trained on the project with these skills.
  • Cooperating with project managers to help them meet deadlines.
