MGC Leasing and Property Management has been in the property management business for over 20 years, currently manages over 1,000 properties across the entire Kansas City Metro area, and is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our fun and busy staff

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Marketing available properties to prospective residents
• Responding to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and Internet avenues
• Processing rental applications
• Creating lease documents

Requirements for this position include:

• Two years of experience in the Property Management Field
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to follow through on all assigned tasks
• Working knowledge of computers and the internet
• Experience with Appfolio is a plus, but not required
