The DRIPBaR Edina is locally owned and operated and we are excited to be part of an emerging industry. We are more than a hydration station and believe that health is a lifestyle and wellness starts at the cellular level.
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our team as a Sales Professional. This role will have a high level of responsibility and unlimited earning potential through a generous bonus and commission structure. This position is the pipeline for the Assistant Studio Manager position.
Leader in Studio Sales
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager to execute the sales process, using DRIPBaR and industry best practices.
- Help coordinate and execute on-going sales drivers (studio events, grassroots marketing, reach outs,).
- Consistently achieve personal and team sales goals each month (memberships, daily revenue, etc.).
- Execute and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis, using studio tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
Member Support and Retention
- Support and retain members through relationship building and exceptional customer service.
- Focus on membership utilization and member retention through various platforms (Calls, Texts, Reporting, etc.).
Operational Excellence
- Enforce studio policies, business practices, systems and processes.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally efficient.
- Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, ordering, inventory and facilities maintenance.
- Assist the Nurse with setting up tele-health consults for clients
Job Qualifications
- Sales experience – previous experience driving sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Customer service – responds promptly to studio needs, member requests for service and assistance, and anticipates the needs of the studio, staff and members.
- Self-starter – takes initiative, works without supervision to begins projects and tasks.
- Independent thinker – ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
- Problem Solving – ability to independently find solutions to problems.
- Communication skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to address/respond in a clear, concise and respectful manner.
