Web Press Operator

  • Shift 6am-2pm- 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Paid Holidays
  • Vacation accrual starts after 90 days

Salary Range - Based on experience

General Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew of 3-4 people / train / mentor / motivate
  • Read and follow all job specifications
  • Set up and operate printing press to meet quality and productivity expectations
  • Produce a quality product by following all procedures and monitoring the printed piece from start to finish
  • Monitor equipment and perform routine/preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Put your skills to work in our printing facility where we print high-quality, full color, publication and commercial products that make our customers’ images jump off the page Bring your printing knowledge and experience to us, and together we’ll continue a decades-long tradition of making impressions we can be proud of.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a 1st or 2nd Pressman
  • Must be able to see and adjust color to match proofs
  • Must be able to see and adjust registration of 5 colors
  • Must meet quality expectations and productivity metrics
  • Experience with different web and folder configurations
  • Candidate must be able to read and understand a job ticket, layout sheet, artwork, and other specifications
  • Possess excellent work ethic, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and lift 25-50lbs

Job Type: Full-time Mon. – Fri. (occasional Saturday when needed)
