Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Mansfield, Massachusetts

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch/break)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 21, 2024
  • Pay: $25-30 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct support and instruction to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior using established protocols
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the educational team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow behavior plans and protocols accurately and effectively
  • Commitment to providing high-quality services to students and families
