We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Specialist to manage our billing operations while also handling front desk duties. This role requires proficiency in accounts receivable/accounts payable and excellent customer service skills as the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, send, and track invoices and bills for our services.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Maintain and update customer records and billing information in the company database.
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies and handle client inquiries related to billing.
  • Assist with general front desk duties including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing mail.
  • Generate reports and statements for internal use and review by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and improve financial procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar accounting role.
  • Experience with front desk operations and telephone handling.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • further education or certification in Business Administration or Accounting is a plus.
