Job Description:

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyor belts, packaging machinery, and equipment used in food processing and bakery operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the production team to reduce downtime and ensure that all equipment adheres to the highest safety and efficiency standards.

Your duties will include supporting our production teams by maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for installing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining machinery and mechanical systems used across all production, packaging, and plant areas.

In addition, you will be engaged in all aspects of equipment management, from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning to meet quality and efficiency standards. A strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills, particularly with PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable devices, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety by adhering to all food and personnel safety guidelines.
  • Leverage your 5+ years of experience in mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical work to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily production targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations where accuracy and timeliness are essential.
