PSSR (Product Support Sales Representative)

Job Description

· Maintain relationships with current customers.

· Devise a method of locating new potential clients by online research and developing leads from current contacts, and then pursue & develop them into customers.

· Run weekly routes making pick ups & deliveries to customers, calling on current customers to maintain relations and calling on prospects to with goal of developing them into customers.

· Targeted Demographics. You will be responsible for one area but also support the other areas.

o South Texas: Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Victoria, Houston.

o West Texas: Midland, Odessa, Hobbs NM, Carlsbad NM.

o East Texas: Kilgore, Longview, Shreveport

o Oklahoma. Duncan, OKC, El Reno, Elk City, Woodward, Tulsa, Seminole

You will spend a lot of time on the road averaging 1500 miles per week.

You will spend 3-4 nights per week in hotels.

You will be given a late model 1 ton truck and a 32 foot gooseneck flatbed.

You will have an expense allowance for food.

TEAMWORK

· Form a tight bond of teamwork with Service Manager and Sales Manager

· Sales Manager: Direction for sales outreach & customer relations.

· Service Manager: Direction on current customer relationships with current active jobs. What to accomplish while on customer site picking up or delivering.

Software & Data entry:

· Sales Calls: enter the data of sales leads and potential customers .

· When contacting customers in person, email, or phone call, record it. It keeps a history of communications. It assists the PSSR for maintaining relationships. It assists your supervisors by being able to see reports to see how we are doing in sales outreach and current customer care. It assists other team members who support you by visiting those contacts.

· When Picking up a job. It is essential to collect all relevant data for the service ticket.

Our method of advertising is showing up and meeting people and convincing them we can help them.

· You must be confident making cold calls. Be able to step in and meet the right people to introduce yourself to. You must be persistent. New prospects may not be needing our service at the moment, but keep going back to cultivate a relationship so that when they do have a need they will think of us and call. Most prospects take numerous visits before becoming a customer.

Know the products we serve and sell.

Be a fast learner. Having Knowledge of our industry is essential.

· We will educate you concerning the types of equipment that we offer services for: Power Generators, Oilfield Equipment, & Heavy Machinery.

· We will educate you concerning the cooling system products for that equipment that we service, (radiators, oil coolers, air coolers, heat exhangers, etc)

We are a service driven company. We strive together for the company to support the customer. We want to lead the field and be the most exceptional radiator service company in the nation. You must have a passion to be the BEST.

The normal work week is Monday-Friday. But occasionally a Saturday is necessary. This is not a 40 hours per week position. Expect to work 50 plus hours per week.
