Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Pay Rate: $65,000 annually

Location: Houston, Texas 

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and control reports.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable aging, past dues, and collection activities. 
  • Handle the company’s largest customer/chain accounts.
  • Develop, communicate, and train the team on standard operating procedures and key performance measures.
  • Ensure accurate receivable balances and statements by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed daily within the team.

 

List Qualification or Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Eight or more years of accounts receivable, collections, and trade credit experience.
  • Four or more years team leadership and people management experience 
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong customer service.
