We have an opening in our Rocky Mount NC office. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Rocky Mount NC or surrounding area. Remote work is not an option.
We are a drafting company that provides numerous Architects, Structural Engineers and Contractors with design, 3D modeling, site studies, and complete drafting from Schematic to Construction Drawings, all tailored to meet each company’s specific drawing standards and requirements. We specialize in Convenience Stores, Multi-Retail, Multi-Family Housing, renovations, Fit-ups & residential work.
Candidate must show that they are proficient in Archicad. Showing you are proficient in Revit will be considered as well as AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs is essential. They must also be able to communicate effectively and professionally while coordinating projects with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies. Critical thinking skills are a must. Candidate must possess skills in technical documentation, detailing & code research. Experience in commercial construction design is preferred. Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
