Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in flooring, tiles, bathrooms, kitchens and accessories (characteristics, materials etc).
  • Communication skills: must be able to communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs, explain product features and benefits, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Sales Skills: Must be persuasive and able to effectively close sales by identifying customer needs and presenting products that fit those needs.
  • Customer Orientation: Must have a customer-centric approach, being friendly, courteous and willing to help at all times to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Must be able to keep the sales area neat and organized, making sure products are well presented and labeled correctly.
  • Technical knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of flooring, tile, bathroom and kitchen installation may be helpful to be able to advise customers more fully.
  • Ability to work as part of a team: Must be able to collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments in the store to ensure comprehensive customer service.
  • Adaptability: Must be willing to adapt to changing business needs and learn about new products and trends in the flooring, bath and kitchen market.

​Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 + years experience in sales
  • English / Spanish (can maintain a conversation)
