Job Description:
As a General Dentist at Westside Dentistry, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and advising patients on various dental health issues. You will perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Additionally, you will work closely with our team of dental professionals to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and tooth injuries.
- Perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Advise patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
- Interpret dental x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
