What you’ll be doing to make an impact at GSRs:

  • Ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings.

  • Moving tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed.

  • Completing designated opening and closing duties in efficient, timely manner such as stocking supplies and service ware, keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.

  • Coordinating with host personnel on seating needs and priority tables.

  • Demonstrating proper dish room procedures such as: placing soiled linen in the proper area, stacking trays, loading bus tubs, etc.

  • Demonstrating a willingness to help, learn, and be a positive member of the team.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.


What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.

  • Restaurant experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in the evening (Atlas opens at 5pm).

  • Ability to speak and understand English.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to:

  • Standing and walking during an entire shift, averaging to 8 hours per shift.

  • Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, and carrying supplies up to 50 pounds in weight.

  • A team player’s mentality with good communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure.
