•\tHourly Pay Rate - $19.5 to $27 hourly pay (varies depending on experience from new hire to expert on the field). Weekly pay with direct deposit or check
•\tWork Schedule – Monday to Saturday. Employees can work from 4-6 days depending on amount of work load. Average work hours: 6-10hrs x day.
•\tInfield Training – 2 Weeks
•\tCompany provides shirts, tools, equipment, and protective gear.

Job Requirements:

•\tNo experience needed but experience is a big plus. 18 years +.
•\tPunctuality and Attendance.
•\tBe able to work sometimes in small, hot, dirty, tight spaces like in attics or crawlspaces. Jobsites vary from crawling on 1.5ft area to standing up in a 10ft high area.
•\tCapable of using PPE – respirator with filters & disposable suits
•\tOwns a car & valid driver's license with a good driving record.
•\tLift heavy material or equipment.
•\tComfortable using ladders to go in & out attics or high areas of the house.
•\tHighly motivated and goal oriented workers. Thrives in fast paced environment. Always trying to improve and grow. Customer service skills to interact with customers.
•\tPrevious experience in construction, attic, and crawlspace work is a plus. Experience with tools, drill, insulation, air ducts, rodent exclusion/control, interior house prep is highly recommended but not a must.

Job Description:
•\tInsulation specialist will do the following tasks: install insulation, rodent proofing exclusion with mesh, sanitation, prep house with plastic, air sealing, vacuum attics, install air ducts, and etc.
•\tTypical Work Day: arrive on time at shop or customer’s home, get truck ready with necessary equipment & material, prep inside customer house with plastic, cleanup attic with industrial vacuum, remove insulation by hand, rodent proof any holes with mesh, sanitize with pump spray, air sealing any gaps with insulation foam, prep attic to install insulation, and install blown or batt insulation.
•\tWe perform 1-2 job a day. Average work hours: 6-10hrs x day.
