Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Post a minimum of 60 unit advertisements per week online and update online listings and websites weekly to attract potential renters.
  • Leasing Process: Manage the entire leasing process from initial contact to move-in, including handling prospect phone calls and emails, providing information about available units, conducting property tours, and processing applications.
  • Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with current tenants to offer personalized service and address any inquiries post-move-in.
