Job Title: Call Center Healthcare Enrollment Specialist
Start Date: July 22nd
Pay rate: $18-19/hr (Paid Weekly)
Location: Marietta, GA

Production Schedules Available:
  • Hybrid Schedule – Two days in office, Three days remotely (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
  • Production shifts will be scheduled on a weekly rotation
  • Shifts include Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, Optional Saturday’s, 9am-1pm
  • MUST be available for ALL shifts listed above.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to assigned program participants for introduction (inbound/outbound customer service - no cold calling)
  • Explain the enrollment process to current and prospective members.
  • Maintain and update program participant profile and coverage information.
  • Distribute program welcome materials to program participants through desired means of communication.
  • Assist with educating program participants about various healthcare insurance plan options.
  • Assist program participants with enrollment into desired healthcare plan option.
  • Maintain client case and daily activity records.
  • Additional related responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare plan design and benefits
  • Knowledge of healthcare access and coverage including the Federal Healthcare Marketplace, Medicaid and Medicare is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong verbal skills in English and Spanish (bilingual fluency is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Life & Health Insurance License is a plus.
