Pay rate: $24-$30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Welding: Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Machine Setup: Set up welding machines and select appropriate tools and materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect and adjust welds to meet quality standards.
- Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols. Perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in TIG welding, especially with aluminum and stainless steel.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Welding certification (AWS D9.1 or equivalent) is preferred.
