What we are looking for:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance,

3 years’ experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, Controlling or Accounting (P2P, O2C, Controlling, AP, AR Accounting) in the services industry or manufacturing industry,

Knowledge in Financial Close Processes, Accounting Policies, reconciliations, and intercompany processes

Microsoft D635 or other ERP experience

Experience actively contributing to finance transformation plans (ERP, Finance system, P2P automation, O2C optimization, finance process and team adjustment) ,

Experience in process, team diagnosis, and recommendations,

High level of analytic ability, good problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement,

Excellent communication skills and the ability to share, transfer knowledge to people and organizations.

 

Penon Partners requires its consultants to have authorization to work lawfully in the United States without requiring Penon Partners to sponsor applicants for any sort of employment-based work visa.
