RAM JACK CHESAPEAKE is searching for an exceptional Outside Sales Professional in the Annapolis, MD area to join our team. This addition on to our team is a permanent position due to the growth we are experiencing. Ram Jack is interested in hiring only serious-minded professionals who are looking to put their exceptional sales skills to work to build a long-lasting career with our organization. We provide our team members with a wide range of support including qualified, pre-set appointments, and a proven, extensive, paid training program to ensure they get the best opportunity to succeed.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate will have five (5) years of construction experience that can convert into Sales. Outside sales experience, preferably selling to homeowners.
• Candidate will have a proven history of success in commission-based sales.
• Candidates will have a clean driving record and submit to a background check.
Skills and Qualifications
• Candidate with basic knowledge in the following is a plus:

• Must have good communication and relationship building skills
• Must be a team player and result oriented Job Benefits and Pay Structure:
• 3 months paid training with the possibility of commission during that time
• 100 % commission based after training is complete
