We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Technician to join our team in Missouri City. As a Diesel Truck Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of diesel trucks, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

[Key Responsibilities]:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on diesel trucks.

Conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues or potential problems with vehicles.

Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex engine and transmission problems.

Complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime for our fleet.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each vehicle.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

[Qualifications]:

  • Proven experience as a Diesel Truck Technician or similar role.

Technical certification or degree in diesel mechanics or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, including Cummins, Detroit, and Caterpillar engines.

Experience with diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting engine and transmission issues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE 2nd OR 3rd shifts.
