Primary Care Clinic.
Ages 5 and up.
Average 10 - 12 pts per day.
2 MAs working in clinic with Provided.
Sept. 9 - Dec. 19
M, TH - 8:00a - 3:30p
T- 8:00a - 6:00p
W- 9:00a - 4:00p
F - 8:00a - 4:00p
S - 8:00a - 4:00p - 2nd Saturday of every month with the Friday off before
Clean NJ license
DEA
2 years or more of NP work experience in Primary Care
Malpractice, Accommodations provided.
Mileage reimbursed.
