We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our team We are an independently owned establishment looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Bar Manager. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and drink preparation
- Train and manage fellow bartenders
- Create and adjust bar staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum two years previous bartending experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both guests and employees
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have LA ATC Responsible Vendors/Bar Card
- Must be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe
- Maintains bar supplies, liquor orders, and keeps stock daily
