Compensation: $15-$17.00 Depending on Experience

Experience Level: Customer Service Experience preferred/ Auto Part Experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high safety standards and follow all safety policies.
• Provide outstanding customer care to all customers.
• Offer accurate auto parts solutions at the counter and over the phone.
• Assist team members with parts knowledge.
• Bring high energy to our fast-paced stores.
• Welcome customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Use technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalog systems effectively.
• Promote workplace safety through safety huddles and adherence to the Safety Handbook.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Maintain customer pricing knowledge.
• Ensure the "right part" is delivered the first time.
• Manage timely delivery routes and special/back-order systems.
• Opening and closing the store.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED required, Technical or Trade School courses or degree preferred.
• MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Previous parts store or automotive industry experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., handle cash transactions, and process returns.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
