Job DescriptionJob Description

The California Lifeline Representative will be responsible for promoting and enrolling eligible individuals in the California Lifeline program ACP (affordable connectivity program) . The representative will work with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of the program and its benefits. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with program guidelines. This is a full-time and part time position . The California Lifeline Representative will report to the program manager and work closely with other program staff.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Promote the California Lifeline program ACP (affordable connectivity program) to eligible individuals and organizations

- Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of the program

- Enroll eligible individuals in the program and assist with the application process

- Maintain accurate records of program participants and activities

- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service to program participants and stakeholders

- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to increase program participation

- Attend trainings as required
