**Job Description:**

As a Gopher/Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction team by handling various tasks and errands. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being active, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects run smoothly by assisting with logistical needs on-site and off-site.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

- Assist with on-site organization and maintenance of tools and materials.

- Help with the setup and breakdown of work areas.

- Support team members with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus but not required.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
